New members wanted as Helensburgh Orchestra tunes up for new season

  • Blow your own trumpet? Helensburgh orchestral society are on the lookout for new string and brass players

Calling all musicians! Helensburgh Orchestral Society is looking for new members as the group gets its new season under way on Monday 30th August at 7.30pm in Victoria Hall.

Rehearsals will be taking place each Monday at the hall as the Society prepares for their concert on Saturday 4th December.

The orchestra is looking for new memebers, so anyone who is a string player, or plays French horn, trumpet or trombone to Grade Five standard or above would be welcome - visit the Orchestral Society's website for more information.
